Implementing homemade fermented foods into your diet will aid with your digestion, boost your beneficial probiotic, enzyme and vitamin intake. You can easily change up the flavour profile of your probiotic pickles depending on your personal preferences by adding in mustard seed, chili, dill and/ or ginger for something a little different.
Tandoori Spiced Roasted CauliflowerA beautifully spiced cauliflower dish that will make a delicious easy side, it can be mixed through salads or added to a frittata for something a little different.
Crispy Cheesy Potato ChipsSuch a delicious, warming and easy comfort food dish to whip up, this would be perfect for rainy day weather!
Easy Roasted Brussel SproutsThis is such a delicious side to enjoy with seafood, roasted chicken or a beautiful piece of grass-fed steak. You can get as creative with the ingredients as you like, and to change the flavour of the whole dish try adding in garlic, chilli and/ or herbs like thyme, rosemary or sage and spices like garam masala, turmeric or ground coriander. You can even try adding in small segments of fresh lemon or lime for little pops of zesty flavour bombs.
Simple Spring Onion & Salmon PattiesThis makes such a yummy snack, lunch or dinner. It's so easy to make and has minimal ingredients. Its GF, DF, GrF, NF and Paleo making it a great lunch box snack for kids.

There is good reason for this, It's beyond easy to make, it requires very little special equipment, and the results are delicious and come with many nutritional and health benefits.
Bacon Wrapped AsparagusThere's something about the saltiness and crispiness of bacon that goes so well with asparagus. You can have this as a tasty snack or for breakfast served with eggs and avocado on a bed of spinach.

It also contains anti-inflammatory properties from the turmeric and some gut healing healing properties from the added broth. Delicious and nutritious!
Chicken Salted Carrot ChipsWe decided to create our own healthy chicken salt using the latest food product at Changing Habits, our dehydrated broth + our Turmeric which boasts some incredible anti-inflammatory properties. You can use this 'Chicken Salt' on other roasted chips such as; potato, sweet potato, beetroot etc. as well as on roasted or slow cooked meats, on top of salads or boiled or scrambled eggs.

Garlic and Thyme Pepper PateA great way to make liver palatable, as a lot of people struggle to eat it otherwise. Liver is very high in nutrients, one being B12 which is important for red blood cell formation and cellular function as well as containing B6, Folate, Vitamin A and iron. Liver is a great food to add to your diet if you are anaemic, low on energy and/or fatigued.
