A delicious snack rich in protein and healthy fats and surprisingly easy to make!

Ingredients
 1 kg topside beef (ask your butcher to slice it for you approximately 3mm thick)
 1/4 cup tamari
 1 tbsp chilli flakes
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
Directions

Cut the sliced beef into strips and place in a shallow bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and massage into the beef. Let marinate for 4+ hours, turning over and mixing through occasionally.

Lay the strips of beef on the individual trays of a dehydrator and turn to high for 4 hours.

Store in an air-tight container for up to a week (or 2 weeks if kept in an air tight container in the fridge).
