Green-Smoothie

My garden has been going absolutely crazy with all the rain and warmth and sun... I can't possibly eat it all before it goes to seed so I've begun drinking my salads every morning!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
 1/2 cucumber if it is large, otherwise 1 whole small cucumber
 Handful of spinach
 Small bunch parsley
 Small bunch of celery tops (green leafy parts that you usually throw away)
 1 apple cut in quarters
 1 mango peeled and deseeded
 1/2 tray of ice
 1 cup filtered water or coconut water

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and green.

Pour into glasses and serve with ice.
