Flourless Macadamia Cookies

 225 g cashew spread
 225 g peanut butter
 2 organic eggs
 1 tbsp vanilla extract
 1/2 tsp baking powder
 Pinch Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 3/4 cup macadamia nuts
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil
 2 tbsp honey

Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with fingers.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and use a spoon to spoon the mixture onto the tray, pressing into cookie shapes with wet fingers.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
