French Onion Dip

Tastes just as good as the store-bought dips, but without all of the nasty additives!

Ingredients
 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
 1 brown onion, diced
 2 tsp coconut aminos (or tamari sauce)
 3/4 cup organic sour cream
Directions

Place the butter and onion in a fry pan over a low-medium heat.

Saute the onion slowly for approximately 20 minutes until soft and fragrant. Set aside to cool.

Once the onion has cooled, place in a food processor with the sour cream, salt, pepper and coconut aminos and blitz for approximately 10 seconds.

Serve with crackers. A great addition for a platter!

The recipes that appear when you filter by the Fat Loss Protocol are suitable for Phase 2 and 3.
