Gelatin Hair Mask

Gelatin is most effective used internally, but even externally it can have great benefits, this includes on your hair. If you’re looking to give your hair a bit of love and attention, then try this beautiful gelatin mask to for super soft and nourished hair.

 1/3 cup filtered water
 1-2 tsp raw, Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tsp raw honey
 5-10 drops of an essential oil (rosemary, lemon and lavender are great for promoting healthy hair)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or glass jar.

Set aside to thicken for a few hours.

When ready wet hair and wash with shampoo.

Wring out as much water from your hair as you can.

Use half the mixture (if you have long hair) or less (if you have short hair) and rub thoroughly through the tips and through the scalp.

Pull hair up in a bun and put a shower cap on, or a towel. Leave the gelatin to soak into the hair for 20-30 minutes.

When ready, wash hair again with shampoo and conditioner.

Dry as normal and enjoy super soft hair.
