Immune Boosting Coconut and Berry Chia Pudding

A yummy nutrient filled pudding which can be enjoyed any time of the day!

Yields1 Serving
 1 1/4 cups coconut water or coconut water kefir
 1/3 - 1/2 cup chia seeds
 1/2 cup organic berries + extra to garnish with
 1/2 - 1 tbsp of raw honey or pure maple syrup
 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes + extra for garnishing
 3 Changing Habits Cacao Melts, chopped for garnishing
 2 Changing Habits Dates, chopped for garnishing
 Mint leaves for garnish

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, or add everything to a blender and blitz to combine.

Pour into a glass jar and garnish with coconut flakes, cacao wafers, mint leaves, extra berries and dates then place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight until set.

When ready, enjoy!
