Marble Chocolate Fudge

Are you on the lookout for a healthy chocolate recipe? Try this decadent, creamy chocolate marble fudge! It is impossible to stop at just one piece. Dairy Free, gluten free and refined sugar free.

Ingredients
Bottom layer
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1/2 cup cashew butter
 3 tbsp maple syrup
Top layer
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1/2 cup cashew butter
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 4 tbsp coconut cream
Directions
Bottom Layer

Combine all of the ingredients in a pan over a medium-low heat. Continuously stir until smooth.

Pour into a container (approximately 6 x 6 inches) lined with baking paper.

Place in the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes.

Top Layer

Combine all top layer ingredients (apart from the vanilla and coconut cream) in a pot over a medium-low heat. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove to cool.

Stir through the vanilla and half of the coconut cream. Mix well.

Pour the top mixture on top of the bottom mixture. Smooth evenly with the back of a spoon.

Add the last bit of coconut cream, using a spoon to create a marble effect.

Place in the freezer to set.

Cut into approximately 16 pieces.
