Nourishing Broth Salad Sprinkle

A great way to add extra gut nourishing goodness to your salads!

Yields1 Serving
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 cup activated sunflower or pepita seeds (or a combination of both)
 1/2 cup sesame seeds
 3 tbsp tamari (or to taste)
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients apart from the coconut oil in a bowl.

Heat a pan to medium to low heat with the coconut oil, and add the seeds.

Stir consistently until the seeds are slightly crunchy and the juices have evaporated and the seeds have become somewhat 'sticky'. If you find the seeds are sticking to your pan whilst browning them, add a little more coconut oil.

Spoon into a glass jar, and set aside in your pantry for a delicious salad topping or snack.
