 All the juices from this roasted chicken recipe + the onions, spices and coconut oil in the roasting tray
 A few fresh sage leaves
 1/2 - 1 garlic clove

Add all ingredients to a thermomix bowl or food processor and blitz until smooth, creamy and lump free.

Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.

Pour/ scoop the gravy into a pouring jug.

We had the gravy with this beautiful Roasted Chicken in Spice Rub and a fresh salad!
