Sun-dried Tomato Tapenade

A delicious addition to a platter with seedy crackers or veggie sticks, this versatile tapenade is also great as a condiment to add a little flavour to meals, or even as a pasta sauce. And it's so easy to whip up!

Ingredients
 1 cup sun-dried (or semi-dried) tomatoes
 2 tbsp fresh basil
 1 clove garlic
 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
 Half brown onion, chopped
 1/4 cup roasted cashews
 4 tbsp olive oil
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt to taste
 Changing Habits Pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor/Thermomix and blitz until finely chopped. If you want a more paste-like consistency, blitz for approximately 30 seconds. If you want it a little chunky, it may only need around 5 seconds depending on the power/setting of the processor.
