Toasted Muesli

Lots of store bought muesli and cereal contain dubious ingredients like added sugar and flavours. This beautifully flavoured toasted muesli is made from pure, wholefood ingredients. Serve with coconut yoghurt and berries for a filling, nourishing breakfast!

Ingredients
 1 1/2 cups oats
 1/3 cup blanched hazelnuts
 1 cup shredded coconut
 1/2 cup almonds
 1/2 cup pepitas
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 cup Changing Habits Dates chopped finely
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Spread the oats, hazelnuts, shredded coconut, almonds and pepitas across two large lined baking trays.

Coat the ingredients in the trays with the cinnamon, ginger powder and coconut oil.

Roast for 10 minutes until slightly golden. Add the chopped dates and let cool.

Serve with coconut yoghurt and your choice of berries.
